The correctness of the assembly processes can be checked using image data. The Quality Guard operates in 3 error detection categories: “simple error detection” (IO / NIO), “extended error detection” (classification of errors) and “preventive error detection” (prevention of tool or product damage before the start of production).

Manfred Kogler
CEO
has more than 30 years of professional experience in the IT industry. His career started in 1984 at Siemens AG in Deutschlandsberg and ultimately led him to Ranshofen, where he founded Kogler Software Solutions GmbH in 2006.
Patrick Kogler
CTO
has a 25% stake in the company and joined the family business in 2009. Due to his diverse interests and his training at the HTL, his internships led him to various manufacturing companies in the region. This helps him understand the needs of customers quickly and solve their problems efficiently.
Gabriele Kogler
Office
is the heart and soul of the company. She gained her administration experience during her eight years in one of the largest European retail companies. She is a mother of two and grandmother of five. Gabriele is not only at her husband’s side in the office, but also on joint sailing trips.
Doris Kogler
CMO
supports our team since the end of 2021. After completing her training at the HLW, she gained 10 years of practical experience in administration, customer service and as a teamleader in an internationally operating company. At Kogler Software Solutions she plans and coordinates strageties for digital marketing and takes care of general administrative office work.

What's the point in doing a Proof of Concept?
With a Proof of Concept (PoC) you minimize your entrepreneurial risk. We’ll prove to you that our solutions will work for you too.
Why do I need reference pictures?
You need reference images to train the algorithm and teach the basic parameters it should look for.
Can I use my existing equipment?
This will be discussed on the first appointments on site. Generally, however, our solutions are designed in a way that, whenever possible, no conversions and no new purchases have to be made.
The use of AI should take place as cost-effectively as possible and to amortize quickly.
Can data collected during a PoC be used for the further course of the project?
This always depends on the complexity of your product range and the test setups required for this. We have to reassess this from customer to customer.
